What file types do you accept for 3D printing and CAD design services?
Answer: We accept a variety of file types including STL, OBJ, STEP, and IGES.
What materials do you offer for 3D printing?
Answer: We offer a range of materials including, but not limited to: PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, PP, and various resin types for SLA printing such as High-Temp, Flexible, and Nylon.
What is your typical turnaround time for a project?
Answer: Turnaround time can vary depending on the complexity of the project and the materials used, but we aim to complete most projects within 2-3 business days.
Can you help with the design of a product or do you only produce parts?
Answer: We offer both design and production services. Our experienced team can help with product design and prototyping, as well as production.
What is the maximum size of parts you can print?
Answer: Our FDM printers have a build volume of 300mm x 300mm x 350mm and our SLA printers have a build volume of 192mm x 120mm x 250mm.
Can you print parts with functional properties such as flexibility or strength?
Answer: Yes, we offer a variety of materials with functional properties, including flexible TPU, high-strength nylon, and more.
How do you ensure the quality of your products?
Answer: We have strict quality control measures in place, including calibration of our printers, thorough inspection of finished parts, and testing to ensure they meet our standards before shipping.
